The Firm charges hourly rates which vary among our personnel. Currently, the attorneys bill at the rate of $295.00 per hour and paralegals bill at the rate of $125.00 per hour. Generally, the Firm will require a retainer that will be billed against at the Firm’s hourly rates as the case progresses. Because all cases are unique, the amount of the initial retainer can only be determined after meeting with the client to discuss the issues involved in their case.
We offer flat fees for certain uncontested matters. The amount of the flat fees for uncontested matters depends on the particular circumstances. Potential clients may call for a quote on an uncontested matter. The client is responsible for all filing costs and expenses.
