Jim Peterson was born in Macon, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University in 1980 and his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 1984 were he was a member of the law review. Mr. Peterson is a member of both the American Trial Lawyer’s Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyer’s Association. In addition, Mr. Peterson is a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the distinguished Old War Horse Lawyers’ Club. Mr. Peterson has argued numerous landmark cases before the Georgia Court of Appeal and the Georgia Supreme Court. Mr. Peterson has more than 20 years experience representing clients in all types of cases. |
